I’ve spent my life studying what makes champions — not just in sports, but in leadership, business, and life. From captaining championship hockey teams to leading corporate turnarounds, one truth has always stood out:

Today, I help leaders, teams, and organizations bridge the gap between potential and performance — by building aligned leadership, resilient mindsets, and championship cultures.
My leadership journey began on the ice.
As a player, I was proud to captain championship teams at the Junior, University, and Professional levels, earning Team MVP and Leading Scorer honors at each stage.
In my final university season, I led my team to a National Championship, was named Finals MVP, and received the Hockey News/Bauer Canadian University Player of the Year award — recognition I’ve always viewed as a reflection of our team’s unity and belief, not just individual performance.
After transitioning from player to coach, I carried those lessons forward. As a professional coach, I guided my team to a WPHL Governor’s Cup Championship, proving again that when culture, clarity, and commitment align — extraordinary results follow. Those experiences shaped the foundation of my leadership philosophy:

I’m a husband, father of three, and lifelong believer in integrity, effort, and optimism. My wife Amy and I have been married for over 27 years, and together we’ve raised a family grounded in purpose, gratitude, and resilience.
